Terms of Service

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and sales of products offered via the online shop www.your-trend.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"). By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC.

2. Conclusion of the Contract:

The contract is concluded when the customer places an order in the online shop, and the provider confirms it. The confirmation is made either by email or by dispatching the goods. The provider reserves the right to reject orders, especially in cases of incorrect information or unavailability of products.

3. Products and Prices:

All products are custom-made based on the customer’s requests (print-on-demand). Prices for the products are inclusive of the statutory value-added tax but exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed separately during the order process.

4. Delivery:

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. The estimated delivery time is displayed on the website but may vary due to the custom nature of the products. The provider is not liable for delivery delays outside their control (e.g., caused by shipping service providers or force majeure).

5. Exchange and Return Policy:

Since the products offered are custom-made, exchanges or returns of goods are expressly excluded. The customer is obliged to review their order carefully before purchase.

6. Liability for Defects:

The provider guarantees that the delivered products are free from material or manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If a defect is identified, the customer must notify the provider immediately upon receiving the goods. Liability for defects does not extend to damages caused by improper use, wear and tear, or improper care of the products.

7. Payment:

Payment for the ordered products is made using the payment methods offered in the online shop. The provider reserves the right to reject payments, especially if a payment transaction is not successfully completed.

8. Data Protection:

The provider collects and processes personal data of the customer in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further information can be found in the provider's privacy policy.

9. Liability:

The provider’s liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. The provider does not accept liability for damages resulting from the use of the products, except in cases of product liability in accordance with statutory provisions.

10. Final Provisions:

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the provider's registered office, unless otherwise stipulated by law. If any provision of these GTC is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
